AI, AR, and VR are the materials. The architecture is always the same — story first, sensation second, technology last. I use these tools to build alternative dimensions, overlay meaning onto physical space, and create the moments audiences carry with them long after they leave.
I use AI as a co-author — not to automate creativity but to expand it. Generative intelligence lets me build environments that evolve, narratives that adapt to who is in the room, and visual worlds that would be impossible to produce any other way. At Arcadia Earth, I applied it to fulldome cinema. For brand activations, I've used it to personalise the experience at scale — so every person who walks in gets a version of the story that feels made for them.
The most powerful version of a story is the one that knows who's listening.
Augmented Reality is the most democratised form of spatial computing — it lives in the phone already in everyone's pocket. But in the hands of a skilled creative director, it becomes something else entirely: the unexpected layer of magic that turns a physical space into a living story, a product into a portal, and a brand interaction into a memory that gets shared. The highest wow-per-square-foot of any medium available today.
The best AR doesn't announce itself. It makes the audience wonder why the world didn't always look like this.
Partnership
An AR experience built to make 5G infrastructure tangible — translating invisible technology into a visible, interactive layer that audiences could explore and understand.
▶ Watch FilmPartnership
A spatial interface overlaid onto a live trade show environment — transforming booth interactions into layered digital experiences that extended the brand's presence beyond the physical footprint.
▶ Watch FilmVirtual Reality is the deepest version of the story — the one where the outside world ceases to exist. When every sense is inside the narrative, the emotional impact is unmatched. Valentino's VR environments are built the same way as physical installations: story first, technology second, with the same obsessive attention to the moment that stops people in their tracks.
I don't build VR because the technology is impressive. I build it because some stories can only be told from the inside.
Metaverse · Education
A VR experience exploring the metaverse as a tool for education — building the case that learning inside a world, not about it, changes how knowledge lands and how long it stays.
▶ Watch FilmMetaverse · Immersive World
Immersive world-building for brand, culture, and experience — constructing virtual environments with the same intentionality as a physical installation, but without the limits of space, time, or geography.
▶ Watch FilmDigital Identity · Avatar Creation
Every virtual world needs an inhabitant. Custom avatar creation brings identity into the dimension — translating a person's presence into a digital form that carries their character, their recognisability, and their authority into any immersive environment.

XR is not a technology — it is the space where all of them converge. Every project I build sits somewhere on this spectrum. The question is never which tool. It is always the same question: what do I want this audience to feel, and which combination of dimensions delivers that most completely?
I have worked in each of these layers independently, and I have built projects that weave all three together. The medium changes. The intention never does.
Every project starts the same way — with the feeling first, the technology second. If you're ready to build a world your audience will remember, let's begin.
